Sweet Bee & Co.

Founded in 2021 by Mitsue Yamamoto, Sweet Bee & Co. is a Denver-based sugar studio and urban farm specializing in custom cake designs, sugar flowers, confections, fresh greens, and unique event experiences. Mitsue, with a rich background in architecture and interior design, developed an early passion for art. Following her journey through breast cancer, she sought a new direction and launched Sweet Bee & Co. as a creative venture from her home.

Mitsue’s belief is that true artistic design stems from genuine inspiration and a meticulous process—qualities that cannot be replicated or mass-produced. She is dedicated to providing each client with a distinctive and memorable experience.

All products and produce at Sweet Bee & Co. are crafted in-house, with a focus on continuous research and skill development. Mitsue’s goal is to celebrate nature’s beauty through her creations, and she is committed to donating her profits to support beekeepers.
