Breads
Each loaf is crafted by hand using only a few essential ingredients. Our breads are prepared with organic unbleached flours without dry yeast. We employ extended fermentation periods to enhance the authentic texture and flavor derived from the harmonious blend of ingredients, ensuring a more enjoyable experience for you.
Accepting fresh baked breads order by Monday Noon each week. We deliver our baked goods on Tuesday (zip code 80205 is free). Free Delivery in metro Denver area with purchase with over $25. You will receive your order the first Tuesday after you place your order. Please place a cooler outside your front door the morning of your delivery day.
We offer different variety of wild yeast such as from Fruits or Koji(fermented rice). Accepting order by Friday Noon each week. This method takes longer fermentation. We deliver our baked goods on Tuesday. Let us know if you are ready to experience more than sourdough starter.

Accepting fresh baked bread orders by Monday noon, fruits and Koji wild yeast breads by the previous week’s Friday noon on each delivery week. We normally deliver our baked goods on Tuesday afternoon (zip code 80205 is free). Free delivery in the metro Denver area with purchases over $25. You will receive your order the first Tuesday after you place your order unless you request other Tuesdays. Please place a cooler outside your front door the morning of your delivery day (Squeals love bread). Once items are delivered, you will receive an image of the delivered items and a payment link by text.
We now offer micro greens as well, accepting orders by the ounce.
